About the Nexus 3 's manufacturer, a lot of resources and android users are likely to think that Nexus 3 will be manufactured by Samsung as the Google Nexus S but some rumors said that Nexus 3 will be produced by LG or HTC, however if we look at the Android phone experience still it's more probably for Samsung to get more chance to be Nexus 3 manufacturer. About Nexus 3 's design - Google is consider to pitch off the physical buttons from the Nexus 3 because new Android OS like Ice Cream Sandwich will be a mix of both Android Honeycomb and Gingerbread which compatible with both tablet and Android phone - that's why Nexus 3 with Ice Cream Sandwich OS will be the button-less smartphone.

Google's Andy Rubin confirmed that the Nexus 3 will be released in holidays and according to Rubin's quote "that each new version of Google’s Android operating system would be accompanied by a new handset" ,so we're likely to believe that Nexus 3 will be released together with new Android OS like Android Ice Cream Sandwich like previous Nexus Phone (Nexus One released with Android Froyo and Nexus released with Android Gingerbread)
